Our own produced Swedish wool yarns
with us you will find one of Sweden's widest range of 100% Swedish wool yarn. There are yarns produced from several different Swedish sheep breeds and wool varieties, we use wool from our own farm and wool that we buy from local sheep farmers to produce a 100% Swedish wool yarn.
When you choose to buy one of our own yarn varieties, you get a yarn produced on a small scale in a long process with many manual steps and craftsmanship. We can tell you from which farm the wool comes from, how the animals look and feel and where the yarn is spun, ie we have full traceability throughout the process and only have the spinning mill as an intermediary from the wool raw material to the finished yarn.
You get 200% yarn = 100% wool + 100% love
We currently have yarns made from Gotland sheep, Jämtland sheep, Leicster sheep, Sword Lake sheep, Värmland sheep, fine wool sheep, Clover Lake sheep, Helsinki sheep, alpaca and mohair goat.Below you can read more about the different types of yarn.

Gotland yarn
We have several different types and thicknesses of Gotland yarn and also types of yarn where we have mixed Gotland wool with other types of wool to get different qualities and properties.
The Gotland wool comes mostly from the sheep that Lotta and her family have on the farm, but we buy some lambswool from local sheep farmers. The sheep have gray wool in large, glossy curls and the animals have black heads and legs but they can have white elements in the head, neither the rams nor the ewes have horns.
The Gotland yarns are in the natural colors light gray, medium gray and dark gray / black as the Gotland sheep's wool is in different shades of gray. the yarn becomes glossy and has a lovely luster thanks to the wool's glossy and fine structure.
Jämtland yarnJämtland yarn is our softest yarn and the Jämtland wool is the Swedish equivalent of merino wool and is very fine-fibred and soft. We have 2- and 3-strand yarn in a few different thicknesses and the yarn is perfect for knitting sweaters, cardigans, shawls and hats. We buy our Jämtland wool from several different farms around Sweden. Jämtland sheep are white or brown-black and we have both the natural colors of yarn but also many different hand-dyed variants to choose from.
Fine wool yarn
Fine wool yarn is soft and lovely yarn, fine wool is fine-fibred and slightly airy wool that gives a lovely yarn. We have 2- and 3-strand yarn in a few different thicknesses and the yarn is suitable for knitting sweaters, cardigans, shawls and hats. We buy our fine wool from Andreas in Sätila and Birgitta in Hällstad who raise fine wool sheep on their farms. But we also work with CC Wool and Västkustens ullinsamling where we have the opportunity to buy from Swedish farms in southern Sweden. The fine wool sheep are white, brown or brown-black and we have both the natural colors of yarn and a mixture between light and dark that gives a very nice brown-beige shade but also many different hand-dyed variants to choose from.
