ABOUT THE PATTERN Achira is the Spanish name for the red arrowroot, a flowering lily from whose starch a flour can be made that can be used in baking and cooking. The Achira sweater is worked sideways, starting from the middle of the back. The entire sweater is worked in garter stitch. Shortened rows create both the color pattern and the shape of the yoke. With provisional cast on and stitch stitch you get completely invisible seams.
The pattern is available in 8 different sizes and is knitted in Avelsås Jämtlandsgarn 360m/100g
