This cardigan model came about on a chilly evening, when I wanted something cozy to wrap up and warm myself in. I wanted to make it relatively quick and easy to knit with some nice
details and pockets.
The name Balloon cardigan comes from the fact that the bottom of the cuffs and
the cardigan reminds me a bit of the edge of a balloon.
It is knitted from the top down,
so you can easily change both the sleeve and length of the cardigan if you want.

Avelsås Jämtlandsgarn 180m/100g or Finullsgarn 180m/100g, or Gotland/
Finull 200m/100g

Crochet hook
The cardigan is knitted with large needles and a little coarser yarn, which means that it is easy
to stretch/block out and get a greater range of motion if you want. No buttonholes
are made, as there will be natural holes in the pattern edge.
